Founded by Converse native Lindsay Baker over 13 years ago, Jefferson Street BBQ has become more than just a restaurant—it’s a gathering place where great food and even better company come together. As a small, independent barbecue joint, we’re grateful for the loyal customers, friends, and community who make everything we do possible.

Our roots are in Texas-style barbecue, but we love putting our own creative twist on tradition. For Lindsay, barbecue is a journey—woven into cuisines across the world and always offering something new to discover.
